The Embodied Practice Apprenticeship

Lead the Practice.

Build Your Legacy.

An invitation to expand your impact through hands-on mentorship, real-world teaching experience, and meaningful leadership within the Embodied Practice Academy ecosystem. Only four apprentices accepted per year.

Designed for healers and teachers who feel called to deepen their role, this apprenticeship supports confidence, authenticity, and personal responsibility.

It is a space to refine your voice, strengthen your facilitation skills, and grow within a community of leaders committed to embodied practice.

As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to co-lead our program content and gain advanced experience delivering our methodology with clarity and integrity. You may also design and lead your own offerings within our established guidelines — expanding your creativity while maintaining the standards of our work. This pathway opens the potential to share our programs independently, including in retreat settings and immersive experiences around the world.

More than a teaching program, this is leadership development. You will learn how to guide groups with confidence, build and support thriving communities, steward culture, and step fully into your most powerful role — not just as a healer or yoga teacher, but as a respected and capable leader.

A clear path to leading your own teaching sessions.

Dana is one of the most authentic and connected teachers I've ever worked with.

Her dedication and heart-centered offerings are inspiring — and it is clear she lives her yoga on and off the mat. I would recommend her as a teacher and mentor to anyone looking to deepen not only their yoga practice, but also their relationship to themselves and the world.

FAQ

Your Questions Answered

Do I need a 200 hour or 300 hour certification to join?

No. This apprenticeship is about experience and leadership, not fixed hours. You’ll log hours in the room, off-site, co-teaching, and then choose your specialization track — all at your own pace.

What exactly will I get when I sign up?

You’ll receive:
• Mentorship and direct observation from the program founder
• Opportunities to co-lead our programs
• Training to design and lead your own offerings within our framework
• Skills to share the work independently, including retreats around the world
• Leadership development beyond teaching — holding space, community building, and stewarding culture
• Potential to join advanced pathways like Licensed Facilitator, Retreat Leader, or Teacher Trainer

Will I be able to teach or earn income after this?

Yes. You’ll gain experience delivering content, co-leading workshops, and eventually designing your own programs. Our ecosystem supports graduates who want to teach independently, assist retreats, or contribute to future trainings — creating real income opportunities.

Do I have to commit to a full track right away?

No. You’ll start with immersive mentorship and co-teaching, then choose a track — Leadership, Nervous System, Embodied Feminine Work, or Retreat Facilitation — when you’re ready. The apprenticeship is flexible, and you grow into your leadership role as your confidence and skill increase.

What happens after I finish?

Graduates are invited to step into the next level of leadership:

Licensed Facilitator Track – Teach independently using the methodology

Retreat Leadership Team – Lead immersive experiences

Teacher Trainer Pathway – Mentor new teachers and contribute to curriculum

This is a long-term leadership ecosystem, not just a training. PLUS class attendance, observation and assisting.
