More Than a Teacher Training
Through mindful sequencing, breath integration, and somatic awareness, you'll cultivate strength, presence, and deep trust in your body — and the tools to carry that awareness into every area of your life.
This training invites you to build a strong, embodied practice while learning how yoga supports your life beyond the mat. Whether you choose to teach or simply want to live with more intention, this is a complete transformation.
This training is unique because it goes beyond movement, methodology, philosophy, anatomy, and technique. You’ll explore all of that and dive into practices and thought processes that nurture your mind, body, and soul — helping you cultivate clarity, alignment, and a deeper connection to yourself.
